Klimesh has been at the forefront of culture war issues, taking his cues from out of state consultants and think tanks, but has done little to actually help folks back in Howard, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, and Dubuque counties. In fact, his votes have taken a lot money away from local schools and communities!
